– The product must be returned with its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (attached to the packet), and invoice.

– The product should be unused and in its original condition.

– Fragile items should be opened carefully; returns will not be accepted if the fragile seal is broken.

– Refunds for correctly returned products will be processed according to the Returns Policy & Returns Process.

– Card refunds may take 5 to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
