What is Quality testing?

We have partnered with major labs in India to conduct the required quality testing of products. If you want to avail this service please write to us with your requirements so we can share the testing protocols and costs. We also share a final quote once the testing requirement has been finalized. Once ready, weship the product to the nominated testing lab. As soon as the reports are available, we will share the same with you.

Who is responsible for determining and meeting compliance requirements for the destination country?

The buyer is responsible for determining any compliance requirements, certifications, declarations, and associated documentation, with regard to the laws of the destination country in relation to the products or the shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate any such requirements to Artsimpex within 72 hours of placing the order. Artsimpex will not be liable for any compliance requirements that are not communicated by the buyer in advance.

Will Artsimpex be held responsible if any compliance issues arise due to missing information provided by the buyer?

Artsimpex will not be held liable for any compliance issues that arise due to missing information or requirements not specified by the buyer in the timeframe of 72 hours after placing the order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide all necessary information and requirements for compliance with destination country laws.

How to proceed with the order if I have logo to print?

First, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If sample is ok, finally we will go to mass production.

What is the normal order lead time?

For stock items, we will send goods to you within 10-15 days after receiving your payment.
For customized products, the delivery time is 45-60 days after receiving your payment. That is dependent on the total quantity required.

What is your shipping Mode?

We can arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement. We will help you to choose the best efficient shipping way according to your detailed requirements.

What is the normal sample lead time?

For stock sample, we will send sample to you within 2-5 days after receiving your payment.
For customized sample and special development 8 to 15 days depand on quantity.
